Booking policy

Thanks for booking and your business is greatly appreciated. in order to keep everything running smoothly to book appointments one must secure a deposit for service wanted. All appointments must be made at least 3 hours before desired time.

deposit must be paid at least 24 hours before service day. 

Late and cancellation policy

All clients are given a 15 min grace period for their appointment time. If no communication is received within that grace period, one will be considered a no call no show and will lose deposit. $15 dollar late fee if 30 minutes late. cancellation must be done at least 3 hours prior to appointment time and deposit will be use to cover time.
